BLOG CONTENTS
General useful advice
- Tag all your posts. Use labels for each of your posts,e.g., writing, video, podcast, oral presentation, extra, summary, dialogue, 2term,1term,3term, oral self-assessment, summary, film etc.
- Tag all your content. Basically you will do these types of tasks:
- Tasks: compulsory class tasks such as oral presentations, writings, podcasts and the observation of the oral presentations. These tasks are set by the teacher. Tag them as task.
- Opinions about a topic that you choose. Write minimum 100 words.Include vocabulary learnt in the unit. Tag them as opinion. You are required to comment on 3 events per term.
- Review: write a review on a film, a new album, book, play you have watched recently. Include a trailer of the film, the book cover, an image or/an excerpt from the book, a short summary and a personal opinion. Tag as review.
- News: comment on 6 news per term. Tag them as news. Note:
- link the piece of news to its original source.
- list a minimum of 4 new words and a translation or definition in English at the bottom of the page.
- summarize the news report using your own words. Don't copy from the source.
- add a personal comment.
- Extra: anything you feel like talking or writing about. Tag as extra. You will get extra points; 0,1 more in your term grade. Plagiarism results in a negative mark.

you should look back on all the tasks you have produced and write about which
activity represents your level of English and what you have learnt.
